If you are in an area poorly served (unreliable oxygen supply and/or high prices) by the traditional gas companies, you can fill your own oxygen cylinders. OGSI offers a complete line of cylinder filling plants (CFP's). These plants can be designed to produce oxygen up to 95% purity for most oxygen applications, including breathable hospital requirements. The oxygen purity from OGSI plants is typically at 93% (+/- 3%), with the balance being even amounts of nitrogen & argon. Our standard oxygen purity meets the medical requirements of the US Pharmacopeial Convention (USFDA), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), & ISO 10083 (European) specifications. CFP output levels of CO & CO2 are far below allowable limits. Instrumentation and alarms for O2, CO & CO2 levels are included with each CFP. OGSI CFP's include all the support equipment required such as air compressors, air dryers and oxygen compressors for complete turnkey systems. All models are factory tested, and most are skid mounted. OGSI CFP's are ideal for people who are considering getting into the industrial or medical gas business where traditional oxygen suppliers are not properly serving an existing market. For a small initial investment, you can be producing and selling oxygen in almost any location for a profit. CFP's are ideal for applications in remote areas. We take pride in our ability to develop and commercialize custom units to your specifications. Complete CFP's, capable of filling 1 to 120 cylinders per day are currently available in (11) standard sizes. The plant size is based on the number of high pressure, 6m3 size (aka. These plants are designed to be shipped in standard 20 or 40-foot ocean containers for worldwide transit. On-site commissioning & training is available from an OGSI engineer. Electrical power and an enclosure for the plant are all that is required at the customer's site to get started. |
