Audubon Machinery Corporation Acquires Oxygen Generating Systems, Inc.
In February 2004, the assets of Oxygen Generating Systems, Inc. (OGSI) were acquired by Audubon Machinery Corporation. The company will continue to operate as Oxygen Generating Systems International (OGSI). With the significant financial resources of Audubon Machinery Corporation available to it, OGSI is now expanding its operations, developing new products and continuing to enter new markets with its product line. |
