All sales are final.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
No merchandise shall be returned to OGSI without prior written authorization.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
The return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Include a copy of your invoice or original packing slip with your return.
Returned merchandise and order cancellations are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 40%.
Additional charges may be levied, subject to the equipment condition and based upon inspection at OGSI.
Any order that is completed and awaiting shipment, but held-up by customer payment,
will incur a 1% storage fee per month stored.
Equipment not paid for in full within 3 months, will be considered to be abandoned by the purchaser.
Any deposits paid shall be forefitted and equipment will be resold to cover outstanding production costs.
