Ozone Applications
Oxygen Generating Systems for Use in Making Ozone
Twice the output of air-fed systems . . .
As customers demand more ozone for less capital investment, oxygen is quickly replacing air as the industry’s preferred feed gas. Ozone output normally doubles when 93% oxygen is fed into the corona discharge.
. . . Half the trouble of liquid oxygen systems
Eliminate the danger, expense, and logistical problems of liquid oxygen deliveries. An OGSI Oxygen Generating System ensures that you pay only for the quantity and purity of oxygen that your system needs. PSA oxygen contains just enough argon, nitrogen, and other trace gases to maximize your ozone system’s efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
OGSI’s Commitment to the Ozone Industry
We offer preferred pricing, engineering assistance and innovative product features to ozone original equipment manufacturers. Some of our most popular product ideas – from our ultra low-cost OG-15 OEM, to a touch-screen control option – have come from our valued OEM customers.
Easily Operated and Maintained
OGSI‘s Oxygen Generators can be operated and maintained without extensive technical knowledge or training. Our easy to follow installation, operation and maintenance manuals and on-site training will enable your staff to properly calibrate and maintain the system. Routine preventive maintenance is limited to normal air compressor upkeep and periodic cleaning and replacement of filter elements.
OGSI Equipment Operating in over 70 Countries
With our worldwide base of installed equipment, OGSI has the engineering and manufacturing experience to integrate successfully into your ozone project. Our sales and service network is dedicated to keeping the oxygen feed system in top condition.
Oxygen Generator Model Outputs
With a full line of Oxygen Generators available, OGSI’s equipment provides from 15 to 5000 cubic feet of oxygen per hour. Use the following table to determine which model is most suitable to your application.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Configurations
For integrators, the OG-15 OEM is available. This basic configuration includes the sieve beds, timing board, and a valve secured to a mounting plate for easy installation in the purchaser’s enclosure. The benefit of this OEM design is it provides a lower cost option to customers who want to supply their own feed air, instrumentation, and enclosure for a total oxygen producing package to end users.
