Oxygen Generators with Cylinder Filling Plants (CFP)
Overview
OGSI offers a complete line of oxygen generators with cylinder filling plants (CFP’s) added to standard units. These CFPs can be designed to produce medical-grade oxygen of up to 95% purity for most applications. OGSI equipment is fabricated in accordance with all relevant codes (ASME, ANSI, NEMA, CE) and can be configured to meet CRN and CSA Standards.
These American-made quality CFP’s produce on-demand oxygen 24x7x365 for a range of medical and industrial uses, and can also be tailor-made to fit special specifications.
Larger CFP's (8-180 cylinders/day)
If you are in an area poorly served (unreliable oxygen supply and/or high prices) by the traditional gas companies, you can fill your own oxygen cylinders.
OGSI CFP's include all the support equipment required such as air compressors, air dryers and oxygen compressors for complete turnkey systems. All models are factory tested, and most are skid mounted.
Complete CFP's, capable of filling 8 to 180 cylinders per day are currently available in standard sizes. The plant size is based on the number of high pressure, 6m3 size (aka. K or H-size) oxygen cylinders the plant can fill in 24 hours. Listed below is a quick reference on the model and size of the plants we offer. Please contact us about custom sizes available too.

These plants are designed to be shipped in standard 20 or 40-foot ocean containers for worldwide transit. On-site commissioning & training is available from an OGSI technician. Electrical power and an enclosure for the plant are all that is required at the customer's site to get started.
