Oxygen Generator with Cylinder Filling Plant for Medical Systems (OGM)
Generate oxygen on-site 24x7x365 with your very own powerful Oxygen Generator with a Cylinder Filling Plant (CFP) that is designed especially for heavy duty hospital and healthcare facility use. With OGSI's OGM, now you can generate your own oxygen to save lives at all hours, saving money from gas delivery companies that are increasingly gouging your wallet.
OGSI's OGM system can produce oxygen up to 95% purity for most oxygen applications, including breathable hospital requirements. The oxygen purity from OGSI plants is typically at 93% (+/- 3%), with the balance being even amounts of nitrogen & argon. OGSI equipment is fabricated in accordance with all relevant codes (ASME, ANSI, NEMA, CE) and can be configured to meet CRN and CSA Standards. Oxygen produced meets the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) XXII Oxygen 93% Monograph as well as European and other Pharmacopeia.
OGSI OGM units include all the support equipment required such as air compressors, air dryers and oxygen compressors for complete turnkey systems. All models are factory tested, and most are skid mounted.
These plants are designed to be shipped in standard 20 or 40-foot ocean containers for worldwide transit. On-site commissioning & training is available from an OGSI technician. Electrical power and an enclosure for the plant are all that is required at the customer's site to get started.
