Return Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final.
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- No merchandise shall be returned to OGSI without prior written authorization.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Include a copy of your invoice or original packing slip with your return.
- Returned merchandise and order cancellations are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 40%.
- Additional charges may be levied, subject to the equipment condition and based upon inspection at OGSI.
- Any order that is completed and awaiting shipment, but held-up by customer payment, will incur a 1% storage fee per month stored.
- Equipment not paid for in full within 3 months, will be considered to be abandoned by the purchaser. Any deposits paid shall be forfeited and equipment will be resold to cover outstanding production costs.
